As a senior Human Resources leader, Karin has worked alongside professionals at every stage of their careers - from those just beginning to find their voice to executives navigating the complexities of leadership. Throughout her career, she discovered that the work she finds most meaningful happens in the moments when someone shifts their perspective, sees a possibility they couldn’t see before, and realizes they already have more of what they need than they initially thought.

That realization led to the creation of Pronoia Unlimited.

Karin’s approach is direct, curious, compassionate, and grounded in accountability.
